Just the autorotation itself. Killing the power/motor on the helicopter around 300FT. up and flying/gliding it back in to land with no power. Fun! You can actually hear the rotor RPM increase when enough air from falling is blowing through the blades to get them really moving. You use this stored energy at the bottom to slow down the fall and land gently. I busted up a few helicopters learning how/getting the feel for it.
