Just thought Id share something that warmed my heart and made me cry. When I picked Matty up from school today we talked about his social studies project. He had to pick a nonprofit that was dear to him and explain why. I just knew he would say the church. So when he continued and said the DJ Dream Fund. I was so touched. Then I asked why he chose it. He said because it helps kids like him who play sports and do stuff they want. I asked if he knew why it started and he spoke about DJ. I wanted you to know that you and Dan have done an amazing job keeping the spirit of DJ alive. Although we (I include myself in because I feel your loss) dont physically have DJ, my son knows him through your dream, DJs dream and the dreams of kids who have an opportunity to advance. Thank you Angela for your fight, it reaches places and people you may never know. Continued prayers.
