Just thought Id toss this out there. Im not sure about the logistics but.... The township already owns over ten acres of land on the West side of Cty. Rd.10 just up the hill south of King Street. Its so close to town and is currently being rented and farmed by Branden Stevens. I wonder if bringing sewer and water up to this property would be less expensive than purchasing land around the Municipal Offices from the developer who owns it. Especially as the price of this land has just greatly increased with the addition of sewer and water to the site.
