Just throwing this out there to see if there is any interest: I have a HUGE (does 21 quarts at once) pressure cooker. Obviously can be used for water bath method also. Is anyone interested in getting a small group together to do mega processing? I like to get large quantities from the Northern Garden of Life and as anyone who processes food knows, it all comes at ONCE. An assembly line of people, where we could share work and product could be quicker and more FUN than doing it alone! We could use my commercial kitchen at Zars.
