Just to clarify my position on police...although I have strong feelings about Ferguson and a number of other incidents, in general I support the police doing their job even though Ive been on the wrong end of that job a number of times andI bear no ill will. Ive always been among the group that doesnt do the crime if I cant do the time, those guys who caught me caught me doing bad and thats that (regardless of what I feel about the marijuana laws I figure theyre not there to argue policy, just to execute it.) ...one time one cop was very unprofessional back at the station (said if it was up to him he would have summarily executed me at the scene...for less than 7 grams of weed mind you...but he was just an *sshole, the arresting cop had a much better attitude). Ive always been cooperative when Ive been arrested...no point in making them angry I always figure. And twice that attitude paid off...they COULD have put me in a cell and gone through the whole thing but because I was cooperative and pleasant they just confiscated paraphernalia and wrote me a summons and let me go back to my car before it got towed. Just want to make it clear, I think most cops do their jobs without being violent fascist racist a**holes and no matter what I might post about a particular incident Im glad there are cops. Especially during the bikeathon when theyre volunteering their time to make sure the bicyclists dont get killed....
