Just to clarify the situation inside the Beltway for those liberals who still embrace the delusion America is a republic, ruled by law. Empires lie, its puppets lie, its masters lie - same as it ever was. We now have corporate sovereignty, Wall Street and the Fortune 100 vet the law makers who then introduce the bills written by imperial lobbyists. Exxon Mobil et al determine energy policy, Lockheed-Martin et al determine our military policy, Wal-Mart et.al. determine our trade policy, Monsanto et.al. determine our ag policy, Citi Bank et.al. determine our financial policy. We live in a corporate dictatorship made fascist by the endemic racism at the heart of our settler/colonizing historical narrative. This is the America in which we live; not the fairy tale democracy the apple sauce peddlers, disguised as earnest politicians, try to sell us every election cycle. THE HEATHEN MINISTRY believes this disempowering propaganda is at the heart of the dilemma we confront. We are as a people far less stupid, far less apathetic, than many critics would have us believe. The media is kept, our public education largely destroyed by predatory raiding, consumerism has been used to manipulate and control discontent since at least WW1. It is no wonder that the vast majority of Americans have a highly distorted perception of the situation we confront. Epithets embedded in a false sense of intellectual superiority play into the hands of those who divide us to control us. We need to see what we have in common with one another and build bridges, alliances. Until we learn to do this, we will remain enslaved.
