Just to let everyone know I did receive a message from Three WaYs manager, Casey Cox. She was very nice and very apologetic. Said she should have had more help. Im just thankful somebody did acknowledge there was a little problem yesterday and didnt try to shove it under the rug. I really appreciated that.
