KIWI MARGARITA TEQUILA One of the few cocktails invented by a woman; Kim Haasarud made a name for herself in the art of cocktail making and became a “liquid chef” and founder of Los Angeles-based beverage consulting company Liquid Architecture. INGREDIENTS - 2 oz Herradura Blanco (60 ml) - 2 oz pineapple juice (60 ml) - 1 oz triple sec (30 ml) - 1/2 oz lime juice (15 ml) - 1 kiwifruit (peeled and cut into quarters) INSTRUCTIONS Pour the ingredients in a blender with 1-2 tbsp of crushed ice and blend until you get a smooth homogenous mixture. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a half kiwi slice.
