Just to let you know, if you buy a second hand iPhone off anyone, make sure the old Apple ID is wiped from the device!!! Otherwise you just bought an expensive paperweight. Same goes for iPads too. Look through them to make sure the Apple ID is wiped from the device. I Can however unlock it if it says Disabled across the screen. Unlocking the Carrier requires a credit card and takes a long time. Ive heard stories of carriers being unlocked for $20 in Saskatoon but Im sceptical of this. Lol!
