Just to let you know... we were very pleased with our experience at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center. I would strongly recommend them for their professionalism, clean facilities, and range of services. This is my letter to their staff sent out today: 7/29/2014 Nursing Director / Manager Marie Mo R.N. / Jackie Landosi R.N. 559 W. Germantown Pike East Norriton, PA 19403 Dear Nurses, Techs, and Other Staff of the Maternity / Triage / Labor and Delivery Departments- On July 14th my wife and I were happy to welcome the newest members of our family Ethan and Julien. Although we had planned for a scheduled cesarean for later in the week- we came in early due to complications. We have older children but even with that fact, these were our first (and hopefully only) set of twins and the first C-section my wife has ever had. This lent itself to some amount of anxiety. Thankfully for us the staff at every step in the process was hospitable, friendly, and proved themselves to be very knowledgeable and capable. When we compared our experience at Einstein with 2 prior experiences at other facilities- the Staff and facilities at Einstein Montgomery were far superior in every way to those other experiences. My wife and I were especially impressed with the staff of the Maternity Triage / L&D units. We did have to wait beyond our expected time of surgery, however the staff came in and took time to explain to us what was going on and what we could expect. Additionally, the staff was friendly and were able to answer any questions we had concerning the impending surgery and recovery. The staff in Maternity / Nursery were warm and receptive. My wife and I were particularly appreciative of Nurse Lisa who we had the benefit of having as our nurse for 2 days consecutively. She was able to not only tolerate our boisterous family but also my intolerably dry humor which only increased with my hours of sleep deprivation (for which I am eternally grateful). She was able to alleviate the stresses of what can typically be a difficult time away from home and in an institutional setting. The staff that are too numerous for me to name were exceptional from the doctors, nurses, techs, and all of the people who serviced our room daily from Environmental Services, and the Dieticians. I am happy to report we had a very pleasant experience and although I hope this is my last need for the hospital’s service, I will be happy to recommend your facility to all who do. In closing- thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and my family. I know the service of caring for others can frequently be a thankless job but I wanted to make sure I took the time to report on how appreciative I and my family are of you and your everyday efforts.
