Just to many in Gracanica shelter, since we had to move them from Shashkovc, it become to crowded over there, maybe we should release them...most of them are sterilized, neutered and castrated, they healthy in general and socialized at some point. Institutions cannot do much since it was NGO and they were caught in surprise. It is nobody to blame, i think most of citizens saluted what we did so far. We are obligated to mention Mr Ben Mares for his efforts to change things for better. Thanks to him we have 4 shelters. Main shelter in Nagavc, Prizren shelter, Gracanica shelter, former shelter in Shashkovc, Gjilan shelter in Vrbica and many many foster families, it was expensive pilot project. Some municipalities replied positively some didnt. Gracanica took over first, second was Gjilan and than Prizren. Pristina already had some contract and renewed it with another center for Neuter Capture Release, while our policy was to keep dogs. It was not complete failure since we have shelter in Prizren who is doing good and Gracanica as well.
