Just to reiterate: This group is maintained and ran by Arkansas Carry, arkansascarry We have had a lot of new members join over the last week and I wanted to welcome them all. Also I wanted to let them know what this group is about and the rules. This group was originally formed to discuss Act 746, but anything gun related is fine to discuss/post. Act 746 went into effect on August 16th, 2013. If you are not familiar with Act 746 please refer to files section of this group. There is a copy of it posted there. Please feel free to read through all of the old post and through the files section. We are all here to learn and educate. And there is a lot of knowledge in this group. People from all walks of life. If you have any questions feel free to post them. There is no such thing as a stupid question. The rules are simple: 1) All post must be gun/weapon related in some sort of fashion. 2) No vulgar language or profanity. 3) No personal attacks on anybody. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and a good debate is always welcomed. Thank You
