Just to share, I joined One Lightning as a distributor around late September or early October last year. I was part of another networking company prior to joining. I decided to move to One Lightning because I saw the potential of its marketing plan. They took the time to make quality products unlike other companies that use products only as front for their pyramiding scheme. The 50% return in profits was also very enticing. However being a finance person, I already forecasted that this rate while achievable, it may be hard to achieve if the distributors in the company don’t work their asses of that much. In order to achieve that 50% return in profits, for every 1 distributor who joins, there should be around 4-5 people joining it for that person to be paid his/her 50% profit. This is why when we discuss with potential distributors, we always encourage REFERing people because this will greatly HELP the company boost its sales and widen the network as well. Unfortunately, some people think of the profit sharing program as a mere form of investment. These people are the ones who just put their monies in OLC and wait for their maturity without doing anything. To be honest, these are the ones who are causing the delay in payouts. The company’s commitment is at a maximum of 3 months. As of the moment, we have not yet reached 3 months but payouts are already on the average of 2 months and 1 week. With this, our company has decided to move to the SECOND phase of our program already. This time it will be at 30% rate of return. With this rate, while profit share is lower, maturity of accounts will indeed be faster. In addition, since maturity of accounts will be FASTER, in case you have downlines, your REFERRALS and MATURITY REWARDS will be FASTER as well. In case you don’t have any downlines, then I guess this is now your wake up call to invite other people and share the business with them. Not only will you help the company in making payouts faster, you will also be rewarded with faster maturity of accounts, referral rewards, and maturity rewards as well. I know there will be some people complaining about the stability of our company since the profit share is now less than what is used to be. Well if you look at it literally, it is indeed less. But in totality, if you have downlines, you will be earning more from this. Why? Because referrals and maturity rewards will be faster as well. What you get before say in every 3 months, you can get here faster. Caveat though, this is only applicable to those who have downlines. If you don’t have any or you don’t plan to refer anyone, then just bear with the 30% profit share. You’re not doing anything anyway. To those who are part of the company already and are still doubting, my advice to you is think to think positive. Thinking negatively will lead you nowhere. SOME COMPLAINING AD YET DO NOTHING. There are also some people who already earned in the company thru referrals or even profit share, yet are still thinking bad about our company. Why refer people if you don’t trust the company? Be consistent. If you don’t trust One Lightning and if you believe that this company will not help you, by all means you are free to leave. Our profit sharing is based on the product packages we avail. Once you get your profit share, you can leave anytime. But if you just merely have doubts since there have been some changes lately, I say to you… TRUST our BOD’s. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. All of the things happening right now have already been anticipated from the start. Just do your part as well and share the business and its opportunities to others.
