Just to show you how ignorant the TEA is as far as a state takeover is concerned, why is this dude Dr. Draper even on the short list of interim superintendents? This dude financially ruined Spring ISD during his tenure. Not to mention the increased violence that took place because his failure to back the teachers in their efforts to enforce discipline at all levels. Lets remember Spring ISD is the same district that had a student stabbed to death on campus because of his lackadaisical approach...EYE keep telling you to be careful of what you ask for....smdh
