Just tossing this out there for debate and discussion. Offering a graphic designer a percentage of end profits instead of paying for their services... It that unheard of? This is in regards to building a design team and having different members handle specific tasks. The situation is that I want to take a project to Kickstarter when it is ready, so Id rather not take the initial hit of paying for anyones contribution early on.
