Just unbelievable---the policeman never should have been on the force--He asks to see the guys license, but when he turns around to get it out of the car, the policeman looses his head and assumes its a gun--why? And then shoots him when he is turning back around---This is unacceptable-- this is a perception problem in law enforcement that should have severe consequences when acted upon---I dont know if its lack of training or the irresponsible easy access to guns on the market in this country that put law enforcement officers at easy risk or both, but there is no excuse for taking lives or shooting people because the law enforcement officer cant keep a cool head and assess the situation properly -- this is just plain criminal---and the guy that got shot is apologizing?
