Just walked along the bottom of fox st. Strangways st cottages road etc. and I have never seen so much rubbish lying about. Back yards streets are lifting. Also who are responsible for all the rubbish thrown over the railway line fence. Is it the council or east coast railways instead of making programmes on your great railways and stations. Show the real life places strewn with old settees and rubbish that is left all the way along your railway lines and the graffiti all over your bridges. Shame on you. Hows about some CCTV around these areas to catch these scruffy lazy bastards dumping their rubbish. No wonder there are rat problems
