Just walked by a few people working on their weight loss at the gym sharing a bottle of fat burners after their workout. Makes me sad... And people wonder why thyroid problems are becoming an epidemic. Add that one to the list!!!! Fat burners are not the answer, believe me twenty years ago I used to add them into my nutrition and fitness too. I mistakenly thought I had to take them to burn fat or lose weight, but Damian and I are naturally lean in our 40s and we dont take fat burners, nor would we ever anymore. Theres no need to!! If fat burners were needed to burn fat naturally, dont you think nature would have made them?? The human body is designed to naturally stay lean through your lifespan, when you cue your body to fat burn naturally for you through your nutrition sources & timing, sleep patterns, stress management, hydration, detoxification and movement patterns and types that allow your body to both build & preserve muscle, sustain internal homeostatic wellness, and stoke your metabolic fire. There are no other ways to improve results when youre talking about these sciences than getting more education, practicing, improving, and there are no shortcuts. Thats how everyone thats successful at ANYTHING once started one day, and why it often takes us some years of building on our education and work to get to an advanced level of practice or results in goals we set out to accomplish, including our body. Deep down, we know this is true. Your body doesnt want that fat burner, believe me, and YOU dont want the wellness or metabolic backlash to deal with either. Please, PLEASE, toss it!! Your thyroid will thank you!!
