Just walked my Marley Dog up at Langdon Hills, parked in the car - TopicsExpress

Just walked my Marley Dog up at Langdon Hills, parked in the car park near the church before Dry Street and Westley Heights and Marley now has a hole in her side. We saw white German Shepherd with a 30ish old man, he had his dog on a long exercise lead and was pulling him back, he obviously knew it was not going to behave. As the dog wiggled and pulled it slipped its collar/harness and charged over to us. Marley who was walking with me was pinned to the floor. I managed to pull the dog off by the scruff of his neck and checked Marley quickly but at the moment she just seemed sheepish and wanted to move on with her walk. Once we got home I was stroking her and found quite a large, tooth hole in her back, feel bad for not spotting it before. Luckily she seems fine and will be alright with it being cleaned and Ill be keeping an eye on her but another dog might not get away so luckily. Please be careful if you bump into the dog, gorgeous as he was, think he might need some training and a muzzle. Marley was already nervy when dogs charge over, I cant imagine this will have helped. Shell be getting lots of cuddles today!!
