Just wanna thank Ron for all his work and guidance (as well as his unique weather-arranging abilities) over the past couple of years, helping to drag me out of my comfort zone each Tuesday/Thursday night and gradually progress me as a runner. He even ordered a special murky sea fret for what was (unknown to him until I broke the news at the end) my last session with him and the guys in the group. He took it graciously and without the adverse reaction I feared was about to be unleashed! Look forward to Tuesday and the next chapter with a new bunch of like-minded nutters in Phils group. (y)
