Just want to spread something positive. My little boy, 10 month old Lucas, was today discharged from his paediatric consultant as she is so happy with his progress and diet trials. We have successfully weaned off of omeprazole and domperidone and have now introduced cows milk into his diet. His silent reflux was so much worse than his sisters reflux ever was, hers was full blown vom central, and yet she didnt respond well to weaning off meds until she was about 15 months and weve only in the last few weeks introduced cows milk into her diet. They are all so different. This isnt a gloating post, Im posting it to give people hope that something, just sometimes, there is a light at the end of that bloody horrendously long reflux tunnel. Im not going anywhere because this group has helped me through hard times (many of them) and Im not about to abandon ship. Peace out my reflux friends. Much love xxxx
