Just want to tell everyone Im out from the hole. Spent 57 days back there for an alleged fight. Truth would be my cellie nutted up on me and punched me in the mouth so I stuffed him under the bed before he could hurt himself. It was all a waste of time and something I do not look forward to doing ever. Just some dudes have no life so they bid their time focusing on the wrong things and then when they get called on it want to get in their feelings. Concerning the case(s) I managed to get the Alleyne brief filed on June 6th and we are still awaiting the court to do something in the RICO case against the cops. Im preparing a RICO Statement now as per local rule 83 to demonstrate to the court how all these jokers are related in the conspiracy. The rule request that you show who the perpetrators are, the passive instruments and the victims. Whether your either of the three (3) it is up to the jury to decide who is which. A person can be found guilty in a conspiracy even if used as a passive instrument and/or just being a victim. Its very scary how our law makers have drafted such laws and why our judicial system is in shambles and our prisons over flowing with non-violent offenders. While in the hole the thought came that maybe we could put together a letter campaign straight to Judge David C. Bramlett, IIIs, P.O. Drawer in Natchez requesting that he grant me the relief requested as the Supreme Court recently ruled in the Alleyne case. According to the jury verdict my out date was August 2013. Based on the illegal enhancements of judge found facts at my sentencing is why I received so much time. Its only wrong if you dont tell. Please keep me in your prayers and I look forward to hearing some feed back on this letter campaign. Maybe someone out there is computer literate enough to create a site where we could all just go to and sign our name to a format individualized letter and then I could have someone pull them off and mail them in.
