Just want to thank everyone that helped or cooked in the BIG TEX BBQ FEST.2014. With out the volunteers and cooking teams this event would not be possible. This year will be strickly focused on cooking, and nothing else. It was a learning experience for me and my whole crew and some teams. To do a event this huge for the first time was a task very few would even consider. Everything wasnt to the t, but all in all we made it. I love my teams and friends and cant wait to do this years cook off. Traveling and staying with you guys and gals doing the BBQ TEXAS TV SHOW on the road is a blast and Im loving it. Cook offs is pretty much what we live and do. So before the year ends, I just wanted to think everyone for all the love and support.
