Just wanted to let my FB friends know that I am doing well following knee surgery last week. Had the post op dr. apt on Wed. They removed the stitches. The knee area is bruised and still slightly swollen. I will go back to the Dr. in 2 weeks. Although still painful to walk and move around, I am so glad that the pain that I had prior to the surgery is no longer there. Thank you to all of my family, friends, and co-workers who have been praying for my recovery. I was able to work from home 2 1/2 days this past week, which is another blessing. Although exhausted by Friday, it felt good to use my brain for something other than dealing with pain. Thanks again, for your thoughts and prayers. Hope you all are enjoying this beautiful Fall weather and coloring of the leaves! =)
