Just wanted to re-share something I said last year. Feel like I gotta spread and reinforce this idea. A lot of people, especially the spiritual types, have this stigma against what they see as negativity. Dont listen to them. They contradict their own beliefs about balance and harmony. There is a yin and a yang for a reason and it goes without saying that you cant say yes to everything. The most important thing about free will is the ability to say NO. Because this is what defines us: What dont you like? Where do you draw the line? What do you refuse to be a part of? Who we are and what we want begins with a NO. To live is to fight. That being said, it is the easiest thing in the world to take joy in the things that you like or love. However, to take action upon that which you dislike or hate, that takes a little more. In this context, negativity can be just as beautiful as positivity, if not more beautiful. You could even see it as positive negativity. #wordup
