Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who made the party a success this past Friday. It was a great new venue at the Arts at the Armory and they did an amazing job hosting us. Thank you to The IT Band (with guest appearance by the legendary Kimi Larmouth Macdonald). The party would not have come together without the committee Carrie-Anne DeDeo, Pensri Pilotte, Dafne Cardamone) and volunteer crew. Anthony White and Kathy Hynes both helped out big time behind the scenes. For those that werent able to attend, please extend your congrats to Alison Lackey and Scot DeDeo, the 2014 Steve Burton Most Improved Runner Awards. Stephanie Finnegan, our ever-diligent treasurer and board member was the recipient of the 2014 Dan Molloy Unsung Hero Award. Appreciation awards went to Bill Bryant and Larry Horlick for their 10+ years of service as race directors/officers in the club. Last but not least, Jenn Fonda, Melissa Glotzbecker, Julie Holt, and Seth Maleri were recognized for being our outstanding volunteers at club races and weekly runs. We voted on the Best of 2014 slideshow submissions. Below are the winners. Funniest moment captured by Amy Dierberger (Harrison and Bolt: Cuteness Overload in a snowstorm), and greatest action shot by Aaron Beer for his 40 on 40 run. Each has won a free entry to our annual club 5K races (An Ras Mor and Race to the Row).
