Just wanted to share a workout from a client that started with me about 2 months ago. He was having Bad Back Pain and decided to try a Personal Fitness Trainer before going to a Doctor. After the first couple of weeks working on his Core the Pain went away. Then we started building muscles on his entire body. In just 2 months Oscar has advanced so much and is out of back pain. Just goes to show you that all pain is not related to injuries. The pain can be from the lack of weight training. Oscar is an Air Conditioning Contractor and works installing the Air Conditioning Units with his employees every day so you would think he is getting enough exercise. Wrong!! You still need to weight train. 2 months ago this routine was impossible for Oscar. There are 3 videos to see. This is a real eye-opener. 900 lb Leg Press
