Just wanted to share this picture... This is the grave of Isidore Kaplan (Father of Aby I.Kaplan) and a Grandfather to my father-in- law Yury pictured here. His daughter, Raya also immigrated to NY in her late 80th...I wonder when was the last time Isidore saw his daughter? Age 2? Age 5? Only God knows... So, we eventually all met... Yes we met too late, but the grave of the man who travelled the world over is 4 miles from my house! And 10 miles from his living family! Life works in mysterious ways....
