Just wanted to update everyone on Dad...the past two days have been a series of ups and downs...it appears the neurosurgeon was overly optimistic in his description of the procedure and anticipated outcomes...Dad has had some additional issues we did not expect based upon the information the surgeon presented but we are now being told all of these things are not uncommon and are actually often expected after the surgery he had...he remains in ICU and will eventually move to a regular room and after that perhaps a rehab facility. We hope that he improves so much in the coming days that he will be able to come home after being in a regular room for a bit, but that will depend on his progress...significant improvement will be necessary for him to get to come home soon. Please continue to pray!!
