Just watched The Cooler which I DVRd a few months ago..its about ten years old and I had never heard of it...good flick..william H macy plays another loveable loser character involved in a seedy business. This time he a Cooler or a gu who brings bad luck to gamblers at one of the last remaining old school mobbed up Vegas CASINOS…...Alec Baldwin is surprisingly good as the Casino Boss...somewhat predictable, but a character driven movie built on acting and story as oppossed to flash and special effects.
