Just watched our PM delevering a speech in china LIVE on times now.....and it was amazing to see the way our PM was speaking by looking at the written transcript...he was hardly looking anywhere at the audiance as he coudnt speak a word without looking at the transcript....I wondered what the chinese people would be thinking about us looking at the pathetic way our PM spoke????......I feel you can speak freely and confidently without much or with little reference to transcripts only If you believe in what you are saying,only if you personally feel the issue about which you are speaking....
