Just watched the finale of Fargo. Let me tell you guys, ever since Breaking Bad ended, I was having major withdrawals because my favorite TV show was over. I never thought Id see another show that matched the feelings it gave me. Then I find out of all things they were turning one of the Coen Brothers greatest achievements Fargo into a TV series. To be frank, I was doubtful. I thought, Really? How are they gonna turn Fargo into a show? I was expecting a flop. Then I find out the Coens were the executive producers for the show and said, Okay, if theyre behind some of it, maybe Ill give it a shot. Then I see who all they got to be in the show: Martin Freeman, Billy Bob Thorton, Oliver Platt, Colin Hanks, and Bob Odenkirk and thought, Okay, if they got that many great actors to be in this show, I will give it a watch. Come the pilot episode: Mind. Blown. This show surpassed my expectations on every level I could think of. It was dark, it was comedic, it was tragic, it was terrifying, it was creative, and it made us expect the unexpected episode by episode. So much wit, dense writing, littered with Coen Brothers references, and had that same emotional impact Breaking Bad gave me: Thoroughly satisfied. I have read that this will only be a one season show, but who knows what theyll do? Either way, this was seriously one of the greatest television series I have ever seen. #fargo
