Just went out to lock up my duckling found his chicken friend sitting on the edge of a 5 gallon bucket with rain water and inside the bucket was my duckling. :( soaked, cold, sunk and head just hanging onto the side so he didnt drown. His buddy the chicken was sitting on the bucket close to falling in with him :( :( So now I have him in the house with heat wrapped in a towel. He is limp, tired, stressed and cold. But his head just keeps ticking back and forth.... He had shown more movement since I have been heating him up. I dont want to over stress him!!! Im sure he is cold and completely exhausted. But im not sure if he had minimum oxygen because he was hanging onto life by his neck. I dont even know how he got into the bucket! He is to short... :/ :/ Advice please!
