Just when I needed something encouraging I got THREE today in a row....bam, bam, bam. A call from someone I prayed with last week who excitedly told me how that prayer had been answered in days after shed been praying for it for years! (Just Gods timing that I got to share in the celebration of seeing prayers answered...had nothing to do with my prayer being anymore fervent or effectual than anyone elses, I assure you!). Then I got an email from a former student after Id expressed concern for a family situation of hers that might trigger relapse stress. She assured me that she had found great strength in Christ through discipleship with me and that, in spite of this new challenge in her life, she was happy and confident in her relationship with Him. Then I got another call from a former student in the afternoon. She had moved away and gotten married. They are expecting an end of year bonus and wanted to send Titus 2 a contribution. These three will never know just how much I needed an encouraging word today! But God did!
