You use a photo from a FREE Image site then the photog sells it to a paid stock image bank - NOW you are in trouble! 2. You use a photo (again) from a FREE image site like Flickr and it was posted by someone who got it from a paid stock image site - You are in TROUBLE again! Can you win? NOPE. The MORAL of this story - EITHER get written permission from the artist - like the greatly talented Ruben L. Oppenheimer or buy the Photo from a credible stock image website its cheaper than getting involved in litigation!
