Just witnessed the most ridiculous chase. A cop trying to chase a young saggin pant wearing kid in his cop car! SMH! The kid ran across Imperial Valley to our office building and then into our garage! The cop never exited the car to chase on foot but instead stayed in the car and drove like a mad man. I dont know what the policies are of chasing a perp on foot but the only way this kid was getting caught was if he let go of his pants! SMH to Mondays!
