Just woke up.....really needed that sleep. Body needed to reboot. Ok, so this morning I drove into a carpark and the security guard was searching all vehicles. Opening up trunks, using the metal detector and long mirror thingys to check underneath the cars and also peering into the back seats to check for suspicious packages I guess. It got to my turn and the guy waved me to go on in despite the fact that I had a big Ghana must go bag at the back seat. I wound down my glass window and this conversation ensued: Me: Why didnt you check me? Guard: Ah! Nothing do you aunty. Carry go. Fine aunty. No need to shek you. You fit do us happy weekend sha. Me: Dont happy weekend me and check the bloody car, my friend! What is wrong with you people sef? Why would you not check me? What if Im up to no good? Kai! You guys are something else. Check everybody! You hear me?!!! Guard: Ah! Aunty! We dey fight? No be fight na. I just see as you gentle I look say no need to shek you. Me: Why you no go check me? You know me before? Mtchewww! Rubbish. Guard: Na wa o. Oya madam, open your boot. Me: I no dey open anything. You are stupid. After delaying me by making me explain your job to you. And I drove in......... Why are we like this?
