Just wondered if you have ever tried avocado as a vegetable? I have done it a few times now, just cut them in half take out the seed, leave them in their skin and fry them in the pan with a little olive oil, cracked salt and pepper, or just dry fry them in a non stick pan. Place them flesh down until golden, serve with a teaspoon to scoop out the flesh. Awesome with steamed vegetables and meat. The ones in the picture have egg inside them but I just do them plain...luv Kez xo
