Just wondering, how many people still actually watch Shark Week? What are your thoughts on it? I have grown very tired of their focus on Great Whites and their portrayal of all sharks as mindless maneaters. How about showing sharks for what they really are and maybe actually putting out some shows about their value to the ecosystem? It really is a shame, but it appears that the only way to draw ratings with any type of animal programming now is by focusing on the shock and terror side of things.
