Justice Ministry Embarks on Judicial Mobilization in Darfur El-Fashir – Justice Minister has arrived in northern Darfur capital of El-Fashir as part of mobilization to support legal activities in the region. Mohamed Bushara Dosa, who arrived in the city accompanied by Sudans General Prosecutor, Omer Ahmed Mohamed, were received at El-Fashir airport by north Darfur governor Osman Mohamed Yousuf Kibir, chairman of the Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahman Ahmed Musa besides members of the State government and officials from the judiciary. The delegation upon arrival engaged in meetings with the General Prosecutor of Darfur Crimes Yassir Ahmed Mohamed. The programme of the delegation also included a meeting with the security committee of the State. Dosa will undertake visits today to several relevant facilities and ministries in the city. According to the Minister of Justice, the legal counsels who have been transferred to Darfur are tasked with filing criminal suits, investigation, represent prosecution in courts, enforce rule of law and achieve justice. Dosa said the legal mobilization is part of greater efforts by the state to achieve security, stability and rule of law.
