Justice T S Thakur is going to be next Chief Justice of India. God help India Justice Gyansudha Mishra and Justice T S Thakur dismissed my Cr SLP against Judgement of Bombay High Court in WP 2414/2005 in which the Judges A M Khanwilkar and A R Joshi had come to a conclusion that defied Human Intelligence. These 2 Judges of Bombay High Court had stated that Indur Chhugani filed Cr WP in 2005 whose PRAYERS were solely based on order passed in his favour on 30.1.2006 - They then went on to conclude in a most devious way that order dated 30.1.2006 was not correct. So the Cr WP 2414/2005 was dismissed. Also I had submitted orders of 4 Cr WPs filed by Punjab National Bank for my eviction from flat, which were all turned down by the High Court. BUT these Judges stated thus In fact, various steps were taken by Indur Chhugani to continue with his occupation over flat Nos.501 & 502 and he preferred various Misc. Applications / Writ Petitions before this Court, but, without any success. Every para of the Judgement of the HighCourt is wrong on facts BUT Justice Gyansudha Mishra and Justice T S Thakur refused to listen. AND I understand this Justice Justice T S Thakur is going to be next Chief Justice of India. Thus I was made homeless at age 66. AND now the MPID court is to hear Applications on 8.8.2014 pending since 2005 and not heard for 9 years.
