Justice for Andra Grace, a pittie who was dragged behind a truck for at least 2 miles by her abuser, has been granted!! It is so refreshing to see a judge severely punish an animal abuser, although in this case the abusers long history of serious traffic violations was probably a big factor. Its still a win for the animals though and we can all rest easy knowing that this man cannot endanger anyone for quite some time.
