Justice is not just unless it applies equally to all... Imagine Michael Brown was white. Imagine that the cop that killed him, the prosecutor, the police chief, the mayor, the governor... Were all black. Now, imagine that was your kid. Whether or not the cop was guilty, it should have been decided in a court of law, not by a prosecutor that is 0-5 in cop indictments. On a different side, imagine that a racist black rancher that owes millions to the government, decided to call his armed gang to fend off the police and the feds. That gang comes and points guns at the federal agents. What do you think the outcome of that would have been? Because he was white, nothing happened. But a trouble black teenager deserves the death penalty for shoplifting...
