#JusticeforJessica A couple of things to share with you. The State Crime Lab in Jackson Mississippi has a long back log of cases. Having talked to a friend of mine who works as a Coroner in another county it can take in many cases a minimum of 90 days in many cases to get the complete Autopsy results back along with the final autopsy report. There is a huge backlog of cases. Not just autopsies but a huge backlog of cases where evidence is waiting to be processed in the State of Mississippis crime lab. Those of you keying in on Facebook posts. No judge is going to sign off on a warrant based on a facebook post. I have talked to two attorneys to get their take on facebook posts as evidence. Yes a post could get someone questioned. But there remains the question after that what comes out in that questioning? Is it going to give them probable cause to detain or arrest someone or to have a judge sign off on a search warrant? I do know that a facebook post is not grounds for a search warrant per the two attorneys I talked to. No...they dont make public the list of people they have questioned in an ongoing investigation(Only hint to that is the jail docket and who may have been held). In some cases they pull witnesses that we may never see come or go....as for search warrants they usually dont become public if the investigation is ongoing. So what does all this mean?
