Jytte Smith you are a genius!!I ordered Thornit for Stanleys foot chewing, ear scratching and bottom scooting. Used it as specified on Monday night and he hasnt chewed his feet at all, has stopped scooting and doesnt scratch his ears nearly as much. I didnt use it yesterday but will repeat the process today. He is a gentle sweet 4 year old Springer and this must have been making his life hell! I have done everything I could and was seriously considering steroids ( as recommended by my vet). I have been down the allergy path. Poor boy has suffered so much and had loads of medical intervention. It is the reason I changed to raw, which I dont regret at all but I seem to have finally cracked it. It must have been mites all along, so thank you so much for pointing me in this direction. Any of you with dogs with the same symptoms, try Thornit before doing anything invasive or chemical. My boy will be happy and relaxed now. It is a simple but miraculous powder :D
