Do you remember when The K-9 Angels visited Romania with The Daily Mail and Liz Jones and we were promised by the Vice Mayor Gheorghe Nedelescu that the public shelter conditions would improve and he would co-operate with volunteers like Nanu Madalina and Adelina Okros , let them in to feed the dogs, adopt dogs from the shelter.. The truth is the butcher vet still works there and the public shelter just closed doors yet again to the volunteers. Following the accident 2 days ago when a 4 year old child was killed by an aggressive dog in Romania, the media and government are closely working together to create a massive anti stray campaign and to kill as many stray dogs as possible. In the articles they show photos of strays eating meat of the bone suggesting they are vicious human flesh devouring beasts. The dogcatchers are out in force taking friendly sweet innoc...
