K. Brian, May I take this chance to explain you about the bougainvillea cutting at your villa. Last week I have check the staff clean up at the villa, I found snake at your big bush of bougainvillea so I thought it might stay around on that messy area, I ask our gardener to cut the top and make it thinner after I told them I just leave it without notice because of they used to cut your bougainvillea many times but since I saw your e-mail, Firstly I didn’t believe I’ve been to your villa and realize it’s so ungraceful. The work I’ve been turning in full of error and mistake. My work has been shamefully sloppy ,and for that, I am very sorry. The reason I’ve been letting the quality of my permanence slip is because of my reliance . I realize that there are no excuse for my fail like this ,Though As of next time , I promise I will go through my work carefully and make sure that everything I do and turn in is of the finest quality. As this case, I have ask the tree shop to order special fertilizer for speed up height and leaf of bougainvillea as well. Thank you for patience with my team so far. You always kind ,and I hope that you can forgive my poor permanence and allow me to prove to you.
