K, I need something explained to me. The state of CA is in serious debt. The county spent 10 months to generate a 23 page report, 2.3 pages/month And somehow, they have determined that the Marina will be greatly enhanced by spending 6.5 Million dollars to move the perfectly good boat ramps in Marina del Rey about 2 blocks. Plus additional money to lay out a promenade to connect the marina hotels to shopping centers. They also want to create a walking promenade in the Marina so that people can walk to the 4 districts (Boating, Hotel, Residential, and retail). I have one question for the government wienies who thought this up. Did you ever see LA Story? We barely walk next door to our neighbors, your promenade is gonna be completely empty and the taxpayers will be out a ton of money!
