K my rant !! After being home shitting blood for the past couple days I return to work. .. I have a sincere discussion as always with my loving and caring bosses (theyre family after this long and what Ive been through while working here) but still hear but you look so healthy . My reply is never judge a book by its cover 1. I look like I do because Im smart and have figured out ways to manipulate the system by getting the calories I need 2. As long as I have the strength to breath and think my life will involve fitness at whatever level I am capable of And 3. I hate to loose. Period. I dont loose and quitting is loosing. Giving up is loosing. Complaining is loosing. Doing is winning Ive come way to far and an way to hard headed to quit. I will never be out worked. Period. Its 120% 150% if the time! The only thing a man has in the end is his dignity and Ill die with mine! Bench presses for satan
