K went to PT. They didnt do anything. They said there are 3 protocol to PT. The one for the extensive amt of repair that was done on my arm says dont move shoulder for 6 weeks. So they are going to call the dr tomorrow. He is off today. Im so discouraged. The PT said he has been working on shoulders for 12 years and it has been 4 years since he has seen one with the extend of surgery on it that I had done.He said there are a lot of screws in there. Just keep reminding myself there are people out there that have it worse than me.
